[中文] 歡迎使用「拍譯 Scan AI」（以下簡稱「本應用程式」）。本服務由開發者 Allen Hung（以下簡稱「開發者」）提供之基於 AI 技術的圖片文字識別（OCR）與翻譯工具。當您開始使用本服務，即表示您同意本條款。
[English] Welcome to “拍譯 Scan AI" (the "App"). This service is an AI-powered OCR and translation tool provided by the developer, Allen Hung (the "Developer"). By using this service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
[中文] 我們使用 Firebase Authentication（包含 Google 與 Apple 登入）來管理帳戶。您有責任維護帳戶憑證的安全。任何透過您帳戶進行的操作，均視為您的行為。
[English] We use Firebase Authentication (including Google and Apple Sign-In) to manage accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities under your account are your sole responsibility.
[中文] 本應用程式提供「點數」作為消耗型商品，用於兌換 AI 掃描與翻譯功能。所有交易均透過 Apple App Store 支付系統進行。價格以 App 內顯示之台幣（TWD）或其他地區法定貨幣為準。
[English] The App offers "Credits" as consumable items for AI scanning and translation features. All transactions are processed through the Apple App Store. Prices are as displayed in the App in TWD or other local currencies.
[中文] 虛擬點數一經使用或消耗即無法退款。對於未使用的點數，若需申請退款，必須遵循 Apple App Store 的官方程序與規範辦理。
[English] Credits are non-refundable once used or consumed. For unconsumed credits, refund requests must be processed through the official procedures and policies of the Apple App Store.
[中文] 本應用程式使用之 AI 技術生成的識別與翻譯結果可能存在誤差。開發者不保證其結果的 100% 準確性，亦不保證其適用於特定專業（如法律、醫療）用途。
[English] Results generated by the AI technology used in this App may contain errors. The Developer does not guarantee 100% accuracy or suitability for specific professional (e.g., legal, medical) purposes.
[中文] 開發者保留隨時修改本條款或暫停服務之權利。若您違反本條款，我們可能會終止您對本服務的存取權限。
[English] The Developer reserves the right to modify these terms or suspend the service at any time. We may terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms.
